  • You are looking at a district that spends close to $9,000 or more per student when the county district spends much less. We were told by the city school assistant superintendent that $600,000 in bogus cell phone bills was "chump change".

  • I disagree with the President on a regular basis, but he is a husband and a father! I am so grateful that he is okay and that the Secret Service was able to apprehend this person with no harm coming to anyone.

  • This is a valuable lesson for all of us. I, too, lose my temper at times with people who are supposed to be helping me, but it is usually for their attitude toward the fact that I am interrupting their day. Next time I will try to remember this story and think a little in their shoes.

  • They can build what they want where ever the local laws allow, but I just don't think it is a considerate thing to do. It would be like the convent at Aushwitz. It was a lovely thought, just not the place for it. As for us sending the Imam anywhere at government expense, I say no.
